Indian Taco Dinner

An Indian Taco Dinner will be held Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m. at the Maysville Assembly of God Life Center located on Hwy 19 west of Maysville.

The cost for the meal is $6.00 and includes a drink and dessert.

All proceeds will go to the Youth to help pay for Church Camp.

Stratford Middle School Awards Ceremony and 8th Grade Promotion will be Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 9:30 in the High School Auditorium.

UMC holding ‘End Times’ Bible study

The First United Methodist Church of Maysville will be holding an “End Times” Bible Study on Mondays at 6 p.m.

All are welcome to attend as we explore the Bible and its prophecies about the end time.

Fifth Thursday Luncheon to be May 30

Reunion

The annual Jenkins/McWhirter family reunion will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Maysville Senior Citizens Building.

A potluck lunch will be held at noon that day with plenty of visiting afterward.

The reunion of the John and Olive Jenkins family has been held on the second Saturday in June for over 75 years.

All family and friends are invited to attend.

Camera Club

The Garvin County Camera Club meets the second Thursday of each month at Kent’s Restaurant, located just east of I-35 at the Wynnewood exit.
