Funeral services for Helen Louise Townsend of Pauls Valley were held February 15, 2012 in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment followed in the Foster Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.

Helen Louise Rouse was born in Purdy, Oklahoma April 5, 1929 and entered eternal life Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the age of 82 years.
