May water bills late as Pauls Valley works to resolve software issues

The city of Pauls Valley is waiving late fees and cutoffs on May water bills, due to irregularities in reading meters and getting those bills in the mail on time. Water bills, normally mailed out around the first of the month and due on the 15th, began arriving in mailboxes this week, according to City Manager Lee Litterell.
