(OKLAHOMA CITY) On Saturday, May 11, letter carriers across central and western Oklahoma will collect nonperishable food donations from homes on their routes as part of the National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Oklahomans will receive a plastic donation bag in their mailbox the week of May 6.

The community of Sulphur, in neighboring Murray County, has seen an outpouring of support from across the area this week as residents and business owners begin the long process of picking up the pieces after an EF3 tornado ripped through the town Saturday night, leveling homes and businesses in its path.
